  1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
    We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
  2. Shipping Coverage
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  3. Processing & Handling Time
    • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • Customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order is placed and a shipping notification email with tracking details once the package ships.
  4. Shipping Costs
    • We charge a flat shipping rate of $19.15, which is subject to change and is determined by USPS.
    • Free shipping is not available.
    • Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
  5. Estimated Delivery Time
    • USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days in the continental U.S.
    • Delivery times may be affected by USPS delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Customers can track their shipments via the USPS website using the tracking number provided.
  6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Requirements
    • We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and all addresses covered under USPS Priority Mail.
    • Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address entries.
    • Signature confirmation is not required for delivery.
  7. Order Tracking & Notifications
    • A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has shipped.
    • Customers can track their shipments using the USPS tracking system.
    • If a tracking status has not been updated for an extended period, customers should contact us through our website for assistance.
  8. Failed Delivery & Lost/Damaged Packages
    • USPS and our company share responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
    • If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, customers should first contact USPS for resolution. If the issue is not resolved, they should contact us.
    • If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact us immediately for assistance.
    • Standard USPS insurance policies apply to lost or damaged packages.
  9. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct shipping address.
    • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for the loss.
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order at the customer's expense.
    • The standard flat rate shipping fee of $19.15, subject to change as determined by USPS, applies for reshipping due to customer errors.
  10. Order Changes & Cancellations
    • We cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
    • Customers who wish to cancel or modify their order should contact us as soon as possible through our website.
    • We handle cancellation and modification requests on an individual basis, but if an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
