  1. General Return Eligibility

    We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of order. To be eligible for a return:

    • The device must be in like-new condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
    • The return must include all original accessories and be packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
    • The return package must include the order number, original receipt, and a printed copy of the order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  2. Refund Processing
    • Once the returned item is received, we will process the refund within 90 days from the delivery date of the returned item.
    • If you experience any delays in refund processing, please contact our support team for assistance.
    • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method via our third-party payment processing service providers.
    • If any accessories are missing or the device is returned with damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the undamaged components received.
  3. Return Shipping & Costs
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Any carrier may be used, but we strongly recommend obtaining delivery confirmation to verify receipt. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
    • Customers must fill out the return request form on our website before shipping any items. Returns that are not pre-approved through this process will not be eligible for a refund.
    • We currently only accept returns for purchases made within the United States. Returns from other locations will not be processed.
  4. Device Functionality & Damage Assessment
    • All returned devices will be tested for functionality upon receipt.
    • Software-related issues must be addressed using the troubleshooting procedures available on our website before requesting a return.
    • If a returned item is found to be damaged or in non-working condition due to customer misuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund. The customer may request the item to be sent back, but must cover the shipping costs.
  5. Warranty & Repairs
    • If a device is found to be defective upon arrival, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, provided our inspection confirms the defect.
    • We do not provide repair services or warranty coverage beyond the 30-day return window.
  6. Subscription or Service-Based Refunds
    • Device purchases and service subscriptions are handled separately.
    • To use our services, customers must both own a device and maintain an active subscription.
    • Subscriptions include a free three-month trial and can be canceled at any time. If canceled after the free period, cancellation will be effective at the end of the effective monthly payment period.
    • If a customer returns a device and has no other devices linked to their subscription, they must cancel their subscription separately via our website.
    • If a device is confirmed to be defective upon return, we may extend the free three-month subscription period accordingly.
  7. Exemptions & Special Cases
    • All hardware purchased from us is eligible for return within the 30-day window. We do not charge separately for software, but a subscription is required for continued use of our services.
    • Bulk Orders & Business Purchases: No special return policies apply beyond the standard return terms.
    • Gift Returns: Gifted items must follow the same return procedures as standard purchases, including proof of purchase.
  8. Return Process & Customer Support
    • Customers must initiate a return by completing the return request form available on our website.
    • Once a return is approved, customers will receive instructions for shipping the device back to us.
    • Returns are processed within 90 days of receiving the returned item, and customers will receive updates on the status of their return.
